N-EMU v0.9.0 update

The first version to bring the early work together

We documented the work so far and moved the version number to 0.9.0. Earlier development is organized into records numbered 0.1.0–0.8.3.

Timeline dates and periods were reassigned to spread out the development history. They are not the dates changes were integrated into the app. These are pre-release development records.

  1. Starting a versioned changelog

Both apps moved from version 0.1.0 to 0.9.0, with a changelog documenting the work. Support for 11 systems, saves and sync had already been built during early development; they were not new additions at this point.

I made N-EMU because I wanted to use it

I wanted a comfortable way to play retro games. Before development, I spent about a month planning N-EMU's features.
