N-EMU v0.2.0 early development

More systems and a pixel interface

We added systems including Game Boy and Nintendo DS, support for five languages, and a pixel-art interface.

Timeline dates and periods were reassigned to spread out the development history. They are not the dates changes were integrated into the app. These are pre-release development records. 0.1.0–0.8.3 are numbers assigned retrospectively to stages of early development. The app used version 0.1.0 throughout that period.
