N-EMU v0.2.1 early development

Six more systems

Famicom, Mega Drive, Master System, Game Gear, PC Engine and WonderSwan were added. A game speed you choose stays selected the next time you play.

Timeline dates and periods were reassigned to spread out the development history. They are not the dates changes were integrated into the app. These are pre-release development records. 0.1.0–0.8.3 are numbers assigned retrospectively to stages of early development. The app used version 0.1.0 throughout that period.
