Move saves with Google Drive
Back up saves to your Google Drive and download them on another device. You choose which records to keep.
Pre-release development recordTo continue a phone game on a tablet, you need to move its saves. N-EMU can back them up to your Google Drive and download them on another device, in builds that support Drive connection.
Backups contain in-game saves and save states. Game files are not sent, so you need the same game file on the other device. Save states also require compatible core versions and save formats.
If you have played on both devices, timestamps alone may not tell you which save to keep. The app shows time, size and source device, and identifies items that would overwrite existing data. It does not merge different records automatically.
Connecting an account does not move saves automatically. Start a backup or download yourself, choosing just the games and slots you need if you wish. Review the items before transfer and track progress while it runs.
Deleting backup files happens on a separate cleanup screen. Load the list, select items and confirm. Existing backup files are not deleted as part of a backup or download.
