The Android app and PSP support

We built the Android app and added PSP support on iOS.

Timeline dates and periods were reassigned to spread out the development history. They are not the dates changes were integrated into the app. These are pre-release development records. 0.1.0–0.8.3 are numbers assigned retrospectively to stages of early development. The app used version 0.1.0 throughout that period.
