Privacy policy
The developer does not collect your play history.
The developer cannot see your library, play time or save data.
Android permissions
Android uses internet permission to connect to Drive. Enabling the DS microphone requests recording permission. Game files are imported through the system file picker.
iOS
iOS also requests permission only when you enable the DS microphone yourself. Microphone input stops when the game is paused or you leave the app.
Microphone audio is not saved as a recording or sent to a server. The Blow button works without microphone permission.
Data kept on your device
Imported games, save data, game names, favorites and settings stay on your device. If iOS device backup or iCloud Backup is enabled, the operating system may back up app data, including game files.
Google Drive backup
Only selected save data is sent to the account you connect yourself. Listing save data, viewing its details, backing up and downloading files all require your action. There is no automatic sync.
Drive access scope
N-EMU accesses only files it created. It sends no game titles or original filenames; identifiers and save times needed for restoration accompany saves. In a separate cleanup screen, selecting and confirming one backup moves it to recoverable Drive trash. It never permanently deletes that file or changes local saves.
Information sent to the developer
There is no N-EMU server receiving usage records, and no analytics tool or advertising SDK. Diagnostic files leave the device only when you export and share them yourself.
Offline files you export
You can export selected game titles and identifiers, save profiles and save data, optional app/game settings and imported skins and PSP fonts as a .nemubackup file. ROMs, BIOS files, account information and microphone activation are excluded. You choose the destination or share target through the operating system. N-EMU adds no network request for this action, and the developer receives no file.
Data remaining after uninstall
Uninstalling removes device-local app data. Exported files, operating-system backups and saves uploaded to Drive remain; manage each copy where you stored it. Disconnecting Drive does not delete backups.
Drive connection details
On iOS, the connection token is stored in the device Keychain and can survive uninstalling. Disconnect Drive before removing the app, or revoke access in your Google account settings. Android holds short-lived tokens only in memory and records only whether the installation connected before.

KakaoTalk sharing
Opening the share dialog connects to Kakao to load sharing functionality. Choosing Share on KakaoTalk sends the page title, description, image and address to Kakao. Copying a link by itself does not connect to Kakao.
Displaying pages
Fonts and images are served by this site. There are no ads or visitor analytics scripts. GitHub's privacy policy applies to request logs kept by GitHub, which hosts the site.
Information kept in your browser
This site uses no cookies. The record of whether you have seen the opening screen disappears when you close the tab. Your minigame best score and selected language remain in the browser until you clear site data.
Sharing pages and game scores
Choosing another app in the share dialog sends it the site or article address and game score, as applicable. Score images are created in your browser and are not sent to the developer.
Operator and support email
The operator and privacy contact for the app and this site is thor. Email nemu.support@gmail.com for support. Your email address, message and attachments are used to reply and follow up; the operator deletes them 90 days after the request is resolved. You can request deletion at the same address. The app never sends mail or diagnostics automatically. Do not attach ROMs, BIOS files, passwords or access tokens.
Game files
N-EMU does not provide or download game files. Game covers and on-screen control skins also use files you provide. Only import files you have the right to use.
The app has not been released, and its privacy policy and terms have not been reviewed by a lawyer.
