N-EMU v0.9.14 update

The library in Files, and automatic backup

Android file browsers can now open games and saves. With system backup enabled, in-game saves, the library list and settings are eligible for backup.

Dates show when changes were integrated into the app. These versions are pre-release development records.

Integrated

  1. The library, opened in Files

    Android

Open the N-EMU library in an Android file browser to copy games and saves or open them in another app. Games appear by title rather than hash, and renaming updates the library. New files cannot be added here. Use the existing import feature so games pass format checks and are registered in the library.

  2. Automatic backup on Android

    Android

With system backup enabled, in-game saves, the library list and app settings are eligible for Google account backup. Game files, save states and PSP memory-stick data are excluded from cloud backup and use supported direct device transfers. Actual backup and restoration depend on the operating system and device backup settings.
