Moving saves without an account
One file can carry saves and settings for several games, with a review before existing data changes.
Pre-release development recordExporting a separate save file for every game repeats the same steps as the library grows. Offline backup gathers selected games into one .nemubackup file. Start from Settings → Files or library selection without connecting an account.
A game can have several save profiles. The backup includes every profile’s in-game save and latest state in each slot. You can also include app/game settings and imported skins and PSP fonts. ROMs, BIOS files, account information and microphone activation are excluded.
The destination needs the same ROM to match its saves. Matching titles or profile names do not merge data. Review the items and replacements first. If work stops partway through, completed items remain and the app reports what is left.
The app reads the backup in chunks and checks lengths and hashes. The outer file is uncompressed, avoiding outer decompression work but requiring space for the file and temporary copies. Export estimates that space first. There is no evidence yet to claim improved phone frame or battery performance.
