Removing reconnected games

Fixed an iOS issue that prevented removing a game reconnected from a file with a different name. These games can now be removed and restored with Undo.

Dates show when changes were integrated into the app and may differ from store release dates.

    On iOS, importing a game file again under a different name could reconnect the game but cause an error when removing it. Reconnected games can now be removed together with saves and other related data, and restored with Undo.
