關於 N-EMU

N-EMU 是掌上型及家用遊戲機的模擬器，執行使用者提供的遊戲檔案。它由個人開發者製作，而非公司開發。

使用者提供的檔案

N-EMU 不附帶任何遊戲，也不會下載遊戲。它不提供遊戲目錄、商店或取得遊戲檔案的功能。所有執行的內容都是使用者自行匯入的檔案。

使用者有責任確保自己有權使用所匯入的檔案。N-EMU 對檔案來源不持任何立場，也無法判斷其來源。

N-EMU 不會做的事

· 不會建立帳號，也無需註冊。
· 不會對模擬功能收費。如有支持者購買項目，其用途是支持開發者，不會解鎖任何改變 App 可執行內容範圍的功能。
· 除非使用者明確操作，將存檔資料傳送至自行連接的雲端帳號，否則不會向任何地方傳送資訊。詳情請參閱隱私權政策。

不提供保證

N-EMU 按現狀提供，不作任何形式的保證。模擬並不完全等同於原始裝置的運作：遊戲可能執行異常，存檔可能遺失，一個版本寫入的即時存檔可能無法在另一個版本中讀取。請自行保留重要資料的副本。

在法律允許的範圍內，開發者不對使用 App 所造成的任何損失承擔責任，包括存檔資料遺失。

原始碼

N-EMU 本身的原始碼依 GNU General Public License 第 3 版或更新版本提供。所使用的模擬器核心各自遵循其授權條款。這些授權條款可在 App 設定中查看，並隨原始碼一同提供。

變更

本文與原始碼一同進行版本管理，文件的修訂歷程即為變更記錄。

ENTerms of use

This is a plain description of the terms the application is offered under, written from the source. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer.

What Nemu is

Nemu is an emulator for handheld and console game systems. It runs game files that you provide. It is made by an individual developer, not a company.

What you provide

Nemu ships with no games and downloads none. It has no catalogue, no store, and no way to fetch a game file. Everything it runs is a file you imported yourself.

You are responsible for having the right to use the files you import. Nemu takes no position on where yours came from and cannot tell.

What Nemu does not do

· It does not create an account, and there is nothing to sign up for.
· It does not charge for the emulation. Where a supporter purchase exists, it is a way to support the developer and unlocks nothing that changes what the app can run.
· It sends nothing anywhere except save data to a cloud account you connect yourself, on an explicit action. The privacy page describes that in full.

No warranty

Nemu is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind. Emulation is approximate: a game may run incorrectly, a save may be lost, and a save state written by one version may not load in another. Keep your own copies of anything you care about.

To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for any loss arising from using the app, including lost save data.

The source

Nemu's own source is offered under the GNU General Public License, version 3 or later. The emulator cores it builds on carry their own licences, which the app lists in Settings and which travel with the source.

Changes

This file is versioned with the source. Its history is the change log.
